Hello everyone, I need to load the file library.mat in this structure to submit
a Job in my cluster.

Someone can help me with it?

I use Pathdependencies but it does not work,
 I have to insert
this load library.mat inside of my main function averages.m?

Thnaks in advance,

Jose.

jm=findresource('jobmanager','LookupURL','bm-cluster1.sl.ac.ud') ;

pjob=createJob(jm);
set(pjob,'FileDependencies',{'averages.m'});
p = {'//home/bmlab/jose/library.mat'};

set(pjob, 'PathDependencies', p)

obj=cell(1,10);

for n=1:10
    obj{n}=createTask(pjob,'averages',2,{1+n 2+n 3+n});
end

submit(pjob);
waitForState(pjob);

out=getAllOutputArguments(pjob)

Can you try just using the directory name?
