Dear Jongil
sigTOOL supports Plexon files via Neuroshare. If you do not want to use sigTOOL, you can simply use its ImportNS function: see menu_ImportPLX for details of how to call it.
Alternatively, use the sigTOOL GUI to batch import your plexon files.

Jongil,

You can download MEX files from Plexon that can be used to read data from Plexon files into MATLAB.

http://www.plexon.com/downloads.html

Look for "Reading PLX and DDT Files in Matlab 609 (ZIP)" under the "SDK" section. It includes a MEX file, as well as wrapper scripts and documentation.

Unfortunately, these files only work on Windows.
