Hello,

I am working on real time images received from camera. I want to create multiple Region Of Interest (ROI) on image using mouse (selecting by mouse). I used 'imfreehand', but it support only one ROI to select.

How to create multiple ROI selected using mouse, on image?
Is it possible or not?

Thank you,
Nandish

Just call it multiple times and save all the regions.

Thank you for replying. It helped me.

one more quetion i want to ask.

Now if i had selected 2 regoins, that means binary image is somthing like as follows...
for Binary image of 7×7,
0000000
0100000
1110000
0110010
0100110
0000111
0000010

then how can i know the starting location(pixel location) of each region?

Thank you again

hints:
help bwconncomp
help regionprops
specifically look at the PixelIdxList and PixelList options of regionprops.
