I would like to change size of 'xlabel' in boxblot. Please let me know how I can do it.

There is an example in the xlabel documentation,

If you are perhaps talking about the size of labels given in the boxplot
'labels' parameter, then if we refer to the boxplot documentation and
see there the hint that removing labels can be done by setting the axes
xticklabel to empty, we can deduce that to change the size of such a
label would involve changing the size of an axes xtick label. Which,
according to the documentation of axes properties, is affected by the
FontSize axes property, and thus you can

set(gca, 'FontSize', 14) % or size to suit

This might affect more than you would prefer, though. If so, then I
believe people have referred to a Matlab File Exchange (FEX)
contribution that can make the tick labels in to text() objects that can
then be individually manipulated.
