Hi there,
I set a colormap('gray') for each each subplot, but the gray color only shows in the first subplot. Can you please let me know how to let each subplot in one figure all show in gray color?

The same colormap applies to all subplots on the figure. So you're
doing it right. You probably have vastly different ranges in your
data. If you have images maybe you can try to display each image with
imshow(imageArray, []);
