Kaiser didn't invent a Bessel function. He discovered it on the
blackboard of a coworker at Bell Labs. What he found on the tablet of
stone and carried back to the signal processing engineers waiting in
the wilderness to design windows for DFTs is more commonly called the
zero order modified Bessel function of the first kind: Ialpha (where
alpha = 0.0). The engineers in the wilderness were amazed for they had
forgotten the teachings of the prophet Taylor of the one parameter.

Look in the documentation for the besseli function.
