The message is to ask for the solution to the gains of PID controllers.
Now I am at a loss how to tune the three PID gains.
I hope you can provide an example to show me the tuning method in details.

There are many different approaches: manual, self-tunning, simulation
based...
This guide should give you an introduction on how a PID works from a
