Hi,
I try to find sin(2*pi/1.2) in Matlab, but it gives me;

>> sin(2*pi/1.2)

ans =

   -0.8660

Why does it happen? I am on way of a modeling big project, but this problematic little answer does not let me to finish my work.

Because that's the sin(2*pi/1.2) what did you expect? Plug it into a hand calculator to see.

If you wanted the sin in degrees, which because pi is involved would seem wierd, use SIND
