I'm trying to figure out the best way to do this. So you have an image with a certain baseline attributes i.e format, RGB etc. If I were to compare an image for accuracy, sensitivity etc -- what would be best way of doing this. All suggestions are welcome.

It really depends on everything. Are your images scaled/rotated/translated? Are they all the same size?

to get started.
