Hey ppl... i need some help... I'm totally new to matlab and I've got this assignment to determine the impedance and capacitance of a stripline using Matlab...
Can anyone provide me with solution or atleast the approach n associated Matlab Commands??

I would approach it by creating a new m-file (text editor), saving it (early and often) and writing functions/variables to it so it does stuff.

Reread your original post, and ask yourself "Could I solve the problem or
even offer advice based JUST on what's written there?" If not, include the
information that you think you'd need to at least have a chance to answer
the question.

And some friendly advice about your posting style? Snipping at people who
respond to your messages tends not to encourage people to help.

Well the assignment given to me says just this "Determine Zo and C of a stripline using Matlab."
If there's no solution to this statement then I guess I'll write so on my assignment

It doesn't affect any of us if that is the approach you choose to take.

Myself, I would wonder what a "stripline" is in the context of the course you
are taking, and I would wonder what Zo and C are in that particular context.

I will take a wild speculation that Zo is intended to represent Z with a
subscript of the greek letter phi, and that Zo is thus intended to represent
an impedance and C is intended to represent a capacitance, and that
"stripline" is something or other to do with electronics (e.g., perhaps a
"strip resistor").

Do you see now how additional information can help make the question much
clearer to readers who have no idea what you are trying to do except what you
tell them?
