can anybody help me with a rotation of an extracted text with out lossing the orientation of the text after the rotation!

What do you mean you don't want to lose the orientation of the text? If you rotate it the global orientation is going to change, hence the point of the rotation. The local rotation (rotation of one pixel relative to another) should be maintained also based on your interpolation method.
