Hi,

I used bwboundaries to extract children (enclosed object by another object). Now I want to use regionprops on them. Is that possible? I did not find a clue. So could you please help me?

Why wouldn't it be possible? I can't see anything preventing it.

You might use poly2mask to create a new binary image with just the
interior objects on it, then call bwlabel or bwconncomp and
regionprops. Might be able to give more help if you give code to
generate sample data, or else code that works on one of the standard
demo images that ships with MATLAB's Image Processing Toolbox.
