Thread Subject:
GUIDE cannot find a callback function, despite it being present

Subject: GUIDE cannot find a callback function, despite it being present

I recently renamed one of the components in a GUI I have written using GUIDE. I also accordingly renamed the associated CreateFcn callback. However, MATLAB tells me it can't find the callback any more. The precise error I get is:

Cannot find function txtStatusBox_CreateFcn in GUI M-file [...]

However, the function with that name is present in the GUI M-file, and the arguments to that function are the same as all the other callbacks. Anyone have an idea what's going on?

Best,

Andy

Thanks very much but I am actually running 2008b, so that particular bug should be fixed.
