I need to display a sineway with a specified phase offset. The phase offset that i need to input is a square wave. Is it possible to use the pulse generator block as the phase in the sinewave?

Is there a way to insert time into that function? This is the equation I am trying to model: s(t)=A*cos((2*pi*f+(2*pi*fd*t)/2*To)*t +Ф) where A, f, fd,To are constants and Ф is just a square wave.
