I would imagine the answer to that question is yes.

Note that _I_ don't have such an application nor can/will I write one for
you. I also suspect that this is some sort of homework assignment or
project, and if that's the case YOU need to create the application for YOUR
assignment or project.

If this is not a school assignment and you can't/don't want to write such an
application, you could always hire a consultant to write it for you.
