How to prepare the data for anfisedit?

I use anfisedit GUI to create fuzzy system. In the anfisedit, I had set the membership function to be 2 inputs 4 outputs. I prepared a 42x6 matrix and tried to put into the anfisedit GUI, but it said that my matrix is for a 5 inputs 1 output system. How to fix it?

The Fuzzy Logic Toolbox ANFIS only supports single output.
