i really don't understand how this is happened

image scramble .... what exactly happens here?
I = imread('lena.jpg','jpg');
>> size(I)
ans =
576 768 3
>> r = randperm(576);
>> c = randperm(768);
>> J = I(r,c,:);
>> figure
>> image(J)

image unscramble ... how ir returned as it's and i didnt change anything in r,c which i used them to create J ... i really dont get it

K(r,c,:) = J;
>> figure
>> image(K)

please if someone can offer me an explanation ...
