Hey, please see the example below!

 X=(1:10)

matlabr2010b
>> mapminmax(X,-.5,.5)
ans =
  Columns 1 through 8
   -1.0000 -0.7778 -0.5556 -0.3333 -0.1111 0.1111 0.3333 0.5556
  Columns 9 through 10
    0.7778 1.0000

matlabr2010a
mapminmax(X,-.5,.5)
ans =
  Columns 1 through 8
   -0.5000 -0.3889 -0.2778 -0.1667 -0.0556 0.0556 0.1667 0.2778
  Columns 9 through 10
    0.3889 0.5000

This bug is still not fixed in MATLAB 2011a !!! Can you post updated file ??
