discrete colorbar

Hi all,

I am plotting a 100*100 matrix using imagesc. The values in the matrix are integers between 1 and 10. I am looking for a way to discretise the colorbar from 1 to 10. I searched around, but did have have any luck yet. Does anybody know how to discretize the colorbar?

Either colormap() something that has only 10 entries, or use clim() to
restrict the portion of the map to be used to 10 entries.
