Hi everyone,

I have a set of 2d images slices with diffrent angle to be processed. These images comes from dynamic neutron radiography / tomography .

The problem is I want to reconstruct the 2d images to 3d volume.

how do i proceed for this reconstruction by using matlab?

Here a link with some images.

thanks in advance for any help !

Are the images already reconstructed from the projection images?

If so; stack them along the 3rd dimension
V = zeros(size(your_image,1),size(your_image,2),n_images,class(your_images));
for ii = first_image_idx:end_image_idx
   V(:,:,ii) = imread(sprintf('your_image_name%your_image_index_configuration',ii));
end

or similar...
