 i am processing CT images of lunges. my task is to extract the boundaries of the lungs while leaving everything else out. i manged to extract the boundaries of the lungs. but the problem is that the extraction process results in some white dots scattered around the lungs i am trying desperately to remove these dots but i am running out of ideas can someone plz help me
