I don't have any idea about how to obtain the "Inverse of the bivariate normal cumulative distribution function" with matlab code. I know there is a function in matlab to obtain the bivariate normal cumulative distribution function, but not for the inverse. Any idea about the formula, algorithm, webpage, book will be very helpful.

  A bivariate cumulative distribution function has two input arguments and one output argument. How do you propose to define an inverse with one input argument determining two output arguments? In general there would be a entire infinitude of output pairs corresponding to a single input value.
