I don't know what changed, but I'm on 2010b under Linux and the "ls" command seems to have stopped working. When I use it I always get the contents of my unix home directory regardless of which directory matlab actually claims I'm in. The file listing on the matlab desktop is correct, the path is working as expected, and "dir" lists out the correct files, but "ls" does not. If I type "!pwd" it always shows my home directory, so maybe "ls" is following that. Any ideas, besides writing a script called "ls" with "dir" inside it?
