Dear All,

            Can any one tell me how to draw a circle on most intense areas of pixel on one image after applying radon transformation on the original image. In steps 1) read the image 2) apply radon transformation 3) show original image with reasonable size of circle on most intense pixel values.

step number 3 which i could not do.

Thanks in Advance

Hello,

Once you have indentified those pixels, you could plot over the initial picture (hold on) some circular markers. Have a look at plot, markers and markersize.

x=1:10;
y=rand(1,10);
plot(x,y,'markersize',16);

Regards,
Florin

Try the "rectangle" function. Believe it or not, this is the name of
the function that draws circles in MATLAB. I do not know why they
don't have a dedicated "circle" function since that is such a sought
after function and people don't think to look for it in a function
that has a completely different name.
