Hi,

I am using xlsfinfo command as my first command in the Matlab program facing a problem in that .

[typ, desc, fmt] = xlsfinfo('file_name.xlsx');

so according to the documentation I should get the name of each sheet in desc variable. but i am getting this cell array as a 1X0 empty variable.

While xlsread and xlswrite commands are working fine.

I have Matlab version R2009b , MSOffice 2007 and MS Windows 7 64 bit in my system.
