Can someone tell me what computation i need to do in finding the difference between two meshgrids of two different files. Assuming the meshgrid dimensions are same and spacing is same.

Just need steps or pseudo code.
                              Thanks

meshgrid simply takes a row vector and a column vector and generates a
set of matrices from them.
There is nothing fancy about that. Indeed, the code is only 6 lines
long - 2 lines for each dimension.
If, as you say, the meshgrid dimensions are the same and the spacing
of the vectors is the same, then the grids will be the same.
