In case you use the Wendland's Compactly Supported Function, pay attention there is an error in the notation of the compactly supported radial basis function for dimension 3 and continuity 2.
In case of doubts, consult the original paper:

Hi Georg, Have you checked the recent versions of the Model-Based Calibration Toolbox documentation? Is it still incorrect? Is it a documentation bug, or do you feel the software is also incorrect?
In any event, you should report the error to Mathworks' technical support (maybe you already have) so they can correct the error for other users.
