I'm trying to set my zero values to plot as a certain color without producing a gradient.

For example:
Positive values - yellow to red
Zero - dark blue (as a 'background')
Negative values - cyan to blue

I hope that my request is clear.

I have tried different techniques, but I can't quite accomplish this.

I found a file that pretty much accomplishes what I was trying to do.
