Hi all,

Matlab R2008a crushed all the time after a recent Mac OS update to 10.5.8.
Anyone has this issue? Thank you.

Here is the error message:

bash-3.2$ ./matlab
_NSJVMLoadLibrary: NSAddLibrary failed for /libjawt.dylib
JavaVM FATAL: lookup of function JAWT_GetAWT failed. Exit
pure virtual method called
terminate called without an active exception
Abort trap

I am getting the same error in OS X 10.6.8 and Matlab R2007b after the latest OS X update if I try to make a figure.

I have exactly this problem (and same matlab version and OS): it is sufficient to type "figure" to quit the program. the rest seems to work fine.

any solution?
