I have this code to do contours:

 [Hc,Hh]=contour(xg,yg,rat_rg,1.05,'k');

I know Hc is matrix in my case 2 X 468 for a file, I need only x y which make up the contour line (1.05), i tried to use contourcs function but got some error since i am not using contourc.

I understand that first entry in the matrix 1.05 but the rest I don't understand.

I would like to plot the matrix, need help in how i should do that?

The Tips section of the reference page for the helper function CONTOURC
describes the format of the Hc matrix returned by your call to CONTOUR.

http://www.mathworks.com/help/techdoc/ref/contourc.html

The documentation page for CONTOUR links to CONTOURC in the description of
the two-output syntax.
