Hi ali,

It is not a Matlab function. It's a command line win32 application. It uses OpenCV1.0 so you need to install OpenCV1.0 first or you should compile OpenCV1.0 by yourself and add the bin folder to your system environment. As far as I know MoSIFT works well if you want obtain many good feature points related to motion.
