I would like to learn if i cant writing a digital signal (like psk)
in matlab as a function in time domain.

Hi George, You can absolutely model those signals in MATLAB. You don't give any specifics in your post about what constellation you want to use.

I m interesting for 8QPSK ?R 16QPSK (this is the digital tv signal ?)
it is possible to write this signal as a external function in time domain?
