Have a look to iconebeam.m:
http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/6032-iconebeam

and also to the matlab code feldkamp.m by Prof. J. Fessler
http://www.eecs.umich.edu/~fessler/irt/irt/fbp/

there are however a number of GPU based commercial codes available for feldkamp backprojection

regards, g.

I'm appreciate you to answer
but what do you mean by GPU based commercial codes available for
feldkamp backprojection?Do you mean OsCar Software?
Do you know a software that it's input was a stack of 2d CT imaged and
it's output was a 3d image?
I want to work on Rotterdam CTA dataset.
thanks alot
Best

Many Jacket users have found success with backprojection codes on the GPU (e.g. http://blog.accelereyes.com/blog/2010/02/04/how-long-does-it-take-to-get-98x-performance-improvement-with-gpus/). Check it out here, http://www.accelereyes.com
