moving median filter

Hi all,

I would like to smooth a dataset of 2080 data points using the moving median smoothing method. However, the "smooth" function in Matlab only has moving average. I am wondering if Matlab has another function for moving median smoothing.

Hi Wendy, do you have the Signal Processing Toolbox? If so, please see the reference page for medfilt1.
