In the documentation for scal2frq, it states that pseudo frequencies
are calculated with Fa = Fc / (a * delta), where Fa is the pseudo
frequency, Fc is the center frequency, a is the scale, and delta is
the sampling period. Shouldn't delta be sampling frequency?? If Fc is
in 1/sec, a is in sec, and if delta is the sampling period, then it
has units of sec, then Fa will be in units of 1/sec^3. But, if delta
is indeed sampling frequency, then Fa will be in units of 1/
sec...which it should be.

tia,
Frank

Obviously, yes; the frequencies must be Hz (or at least units of 1/t,
whatever t units are used).

Ok, thanks. I guess Mathworks needs to change the documentation, or
change the equation.

What's the best way to report this to Mathworks? Submit a bug report?

Yes, either by contacting Technical Support or by using the "Was this topic
helpful?" button in the lower right corner of the documentation page for
SCAL2FRQ.
