Thread Subject: 3 mo contractor job, Investment Firm, Matlab programming

I'm a portfolio manager at an asset allocation focused investment firm in San Diego. I'm looking for a Matlab programmer to help with a variety of projects, regarding risk analytics computation and reporting.

This would most likely be a 3-6 month contractor job. I'm looking for local candidates in San Diego, since I would like them to be onsite at least part of the time.

Investment knowledge is useful but not required. Toolboxes would include database, datafeed (with Bloomberg) statistics, econometrics, financial and optimization.
