Thread Subject: facial emotion detection using PSO algorithm

hi,
please help me, for doing my project that, facial Emotion detection using PSO algorithm.
this means, in this project detecting six basic emotions,
 happiness, sadness, surprise, fear, disgust and
anger.
first using L-K optical flow for action units detection and head tracking then face tracking.
How may I help you, because I'm a programmer early MATLAB.
