Hi,
For GPIB and/or VISA to work on Mac OSX with 64-bit MATLAB, the 3rd party (NI, Agilent etc.) GPIB/VISA driver has to be native 64-bit.
Last I checked there were no native 64-bit OSX driver available for either GPIB or VISA from any vendor making those interfaces un-usable on 64-bit MATLAB on Mac.
