How do I optimize a PID controller block in Matlab. I want Matlab to detect the best possible values of PIand D that I can use after entering a guess value to tune the controller.
Recently, I have been doing manual tuning of the controllers parameters and it sucks. I have no idea on optimal tunning. I really want to learn it. Is there any program or tutorial in Matlab for optimal tunning ? Is there something that I have to do in the PID controller block?
There are many different blocks for PID controllers in Matlab,so which is best to use?
This is urgent.Some please help.
