But if I give you the code I developed for my final year project, what
will that leave you to do?
And will you claim the credit for the code I have developed?

Those aren't answers to the questions. He asked two questions.

i am not going to use your code fully i will use it just for reference since i am new to matlab codings i am not able to continue my project effectively and i dont know whether i would able to finish atleast 50 to 60% project within time and our deadline is march 15th. Suryly i wont claim any credit for your code

Well too bad for you, but I think those were rhetorical questions. I
don't think TideMan's specialty is fingerprints, so you're still on
your own. I can point you here:
http://www.csse.uwa.edu.au/~pk/Research/MatlabFns/#fingerprints
for whatever that's worth.
Good luck,

Have your project advisor post from his or her official university account
indicating that he or she is okay with you using code from CSSM posters for
reference and you _might_ just receive some help.

But a better and more fruitful approach would probably be for you to talk to
your advisor about your concern that you won't be able to finish and ask him
or her for help and guidance.
