I designed a PNN for 5 class Bayesian decision and trained with 15 input vectors for each class. The PNN worked as intended when tested with any vector from the training set. But it failed to classify any new test vector. It is classifying any new vector to be a class 1 vector. Please help.

How many total vectors?
Dimensionality?
2-D color coded scatter plots?
  a. Original high variance coordinates?
  b. Dominant PC coordinates?
How were the 75 exemplars chosen?
How many trials using different exemplars?

Hope this helps.
