You should have received a ZIP-file whose name is something like
"Installer<something>.zip" and if you double-click on that file it should
unzip the installer files. If you don't see such a file, go back to the
downloads section and see if that file is available. If it is not available,
and you don't see it in the files you already downloaded, please contact
Technical Support.
