Hi all -

I have two NetCDF dataset - one is 4-D (time, specific, lat, lon); another one is 3-D (time, lat, lon). If I like to calculate the fraction of specific variable over the total value (the sum of value from all specifications) for each grid point from all time series.

Can you provide an example?

Why do you think this is a netCDF problem?
Just read all the data in and do it.
