Integration within a loop

Hi everyone,
I am having a system of two delay differential equations and after discritization I got
y(i+1)=r*x(i)*(1-x(i));
        x(i+1) =x(i)+ int_n^t(y(i+1));
'' n is the lower limit of integration and the upper one is t''
the loop is running over r and I don't know how to calculate the integral the function; which is unknown; in the loop.
Any idea please?
