I'm making optimization for some data sets to get accuracy

i found in alot of papers after accuracy plus minus number it is called estimated standard error of the accuracy
how to get it??

I've data set with m rows, and i made 10 iterations

so i get accuracy by
(accuracy of each iteration / 10 iterations)

how to get estimated error? what is its equation

  That "estimated standard error" you see in papers means the standard deviation of errors - that is, the square root of the expected average of the squares of errors. Determining it of course means that one must have an estimate of the average size of the squares of the errors in whatever is being measured, whether it be a single quantity, deviation from an ideal curve, or whatever. Matlab has a function called 'std' which can compute the standard deviation of a sample of values where it is assumed that their differences from their mean value is the error.
