Thread Subject:
Multivariate Correlation in Image

Subject: Multivariate Correlation in Image

I have 6 images which are produced by directional filters. Some features are meant to move around depending on which filter is applied, while others remain in the same location. What I want is to compare all the 6 images at every pixel and get 1 if the value in them is the same (highly correlated) and 0 if it is different.
It sounds like multivariate correlation or regression is what I should be doing. Is there a simple vectorized function I can use?

Thanks in advance.
