Subject: How to run ‘Automated Trading with MATLAB - 2012’ sample files?

I just downloaded the ‘Automated Trading with MATLAB - 2012’ sample files from here:
http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/37932-automated-trading-with-matlab-2012

I was pretty excited to find this, especially after spending the last couple of hours working with the code samples from here:
http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/37932-automated-trading-with-matlab-2012/content/html/Demo2_MA_Rule.html#1

My question is, how do I run the Automated Trading files? There are MANY files in the download!! How do I run the files? I can envision loading the files into this directory:
C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2012a

But, then what? Is there some kind of .exe file that runs? Is this a matter of running dozens and dozens of M-files separately and manually? Or, is this a matter of setting this up as a truly automated system?

Thanks everyone!!
