Hello,

I have a script file, test.m, which calls another matlab function, cal.m and some built-in matlab functions, e.g. svd, inv.

Now, I would like to generate an executable file, test.exe, to run in Windows.

How can I do that?

Thanks.

Frank

I used deploytool but I got the following message

Attempt to execute SCRIPT warning as a function:
C:\Program Files\Matlab\R2012a\toolbox\compiler\mcr\matlab\lang\warning.m
Error in matlabrc (line 212)
warning('MATLAB:matlabrc:Startup',...
Unknown exception

How to proceed?

Thanks.

Make sure the directories under the MCR are NOT, repeat NOT on your path. In
particular, I don't believe any of the directories whose paths start with:

C:\Program Files\Matlab\R2012a\toolbox\compiler\mcr\

should be there. If removing those directories from the path (DON'T delete
them, just remove them from the path using the PATHTOOL) doesnt work,
contact Technical Support using the instructions in my signature.
