I am looking for a preference to change the font size of the help browser of Matlab 2012b. Currently it is unreadable tiny and I have no clue where to change.

Those keys do not take any effect with 2012B windows.

Thanks for the hints, but Ctrl+'+' and Ctrl+'-' does not work in my help browser of 2012b. Am I doing something wrong?

in the help browser window, go to file->preferences->fonts->costum
than choose HTML proportional text and choose the font size on the right side.
It worked for me.
