Hi there,

I have a photo of a grid of squares, 8 lines and 16 columns. I have also the x,y coordinates of the cells in each corner. How can I find the coordinates of the center of all the other cells? The grid may not be aligned with the x and y axis of the image.

If you have the image processing toolbox, this is easy to do with the functions maketform and tformfwd/tforminv. Otherwise it's only slightly harder... it's just a simple linear transformation. See e.g. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transformation_matrix
